The process of bringing your imagination to life begins with an on-site meeting of client and Eye Conz Art representative to discuss what the project may entail.  For artwork this means subject matter, placement, style of painting and degree of detail.  This initial consultation and the estimate are free.  Due to many variables peculiar to each project and site, such as existing color palettes and architectural influences, an estimate of final cost can only be determined after viewing the proposed space.  This includes commissioned small scale paintings, as placement is vital to decisions concerning the process of painting and the ensuing product.

It can be helpful for the client to have a general concept of what they imagine for a particular space, though not absolutely necessary.

After the information from the initial consultation is assimilated, the next step is for a Eye Conz Art representative to prepare a sample or sketch detailing the proposed work along with an estimate of cost.  The cost of a given project is based on an estimate of an overall period of completion, based on an hourly wage determined by the level of skill necessary for the appointed work.  For example, the skill necessary for artwork makes it costlier per hour than less detailed work.

While the initial consultation and the estimate are free, a sample or sketch will be prepared at a cost of $75.00.  The cost of the sample or sketch will be deducted from the contract if the work is performed.  When agreement on the work to be performed is reached a deposit of one-third of the total cost of the job is required to schedule the work, another one-third at the halfway point and the final balance due the day of completion.
